Overview
This policy describes cancellation and refund conditions for PCD Templates subscriptions and digital products.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues through the current paid term unless otherwise stated.
Digital Products and Workflow Systems
Template systems, workflow configurations, and other digital deliverables are generally non-refundable once delivered or substantially used.
Cancellations
To cancel, contact info@pcdtemplates.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Requests
Refund requests for first payments may be reviewed within 7 days if the user has not substantially used the product or consumed deliverables. Requests should be submitted to info@pcdtemplates.com.
Billing Errors
Billing errors will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate. Contact info@pcdtemplates.com for disputes.
